Guile Cammy > Balrog > Ken > Ryu Zangief > Dee Jay > Vega > Bison Blanka > Fei Long > Chun Li > T Hawk Sagat > Honda > Dhalsim Also, different releases of the games have different variations of the music, making it hard to really make a list. For example, Gief has a good theme on its own. But the 3DO version of the song goes hard. Its great.
