I don't care about Crypto or the housing market but stocks swelling certainly helps my retirement. But stocks basically always continuously go up over time with momentary hiccups. But if you look at decade after decade they are always going up. But yeah I'm an average guy and things are going quite well right now for me.

Is there some rule against shorting new stocks? I tried to short DJT when it was in the mid 70s, but Etrade said they couldn't borrow any shares.
