I used to only see it used in reference to ugly old (60 or older, maybe?) witches, but I keep seeing it more and more often and it seems to be applied to attractive women in their 30s. I even saw it used for women in their 20s on here late last year. Is this just what kids nowadays call MILFs?

Ive ever only seen it applied the first way. An ugly old woman. Never seen it used the second way you described.

It used to be gay slang for a woman who was friends with gay men, usually following the slur that rhymes with it. I haven't heard it used like that in years though.
