The older generation anyways, which make up a large part of the voting population for the Vietnamese community. There's still a lot of Millenial/GenZ community that lean democrat/liberal but have the "I refuse to vote/boycott" mentality that honestly pisses me off. But I can't control others and how they vote (or don't vote). Vietnamese is the main asian demograph that Republicans love to target because they're easy to pander to. Same with Taiwanese and Hong Kong because of their active hate against the CCP.

Republicans equate run of the mill mixed economy or any sort of government intervention such as regulations as communism.

Pretty much any time large corporations don't get their way, it's communism to them.

Its a mixture of anti-communism but also many living in Orange County which is already a republican hotbed.
