Its also a problem in Canada and who knows where else, I didnt know this was such a widespread thing myself until I stumbled across some news articles There are women who go in for routine surgery on tonsils or whatever, and then they wake up with vaginal tearing or bleeding and dont know what happened, then they get railroaded and mistreated for complaining.
