I got real sick of him doing that just like in Goonies 2 joke as there never was a Goonies 2 movie. I think if he toned that down. I'd watch it again. I don't like it when ppl beat a joke not only into the ground but to the center of the earth. Just because you overdo the joke it doesn't make it funny again even though I think pop culture thinks it is.

I like him. The newer AVGN videos are usually pretty fun even though he doesn't seem to have the same kind of passion for it he used to.

Though a positive I'll say is it does seem like he puts more into researching the games and giving good info on their history than he did in the old days. It's not Gaming Historian level or anything and his videos are still more comedy skits than they are retrospectives or reviews, but it's still appreciated.

I like the man for his hard work and having the guts to go all in on video entertainment at a time where it seemed insane.
I don't care for his work I'm sorry to say.

I noticed that too. Even Wrestling with Gaming at least teased a new video. Anyone know what's up with the Historian?

He had an update recently that he's working on a long video, and had to do rewrites or something. He just really takes his time with research.

Better be the best damn video ever. Nine months and no videos lmao. I thought he would dropped a quickie video at least in there. Heh.

I was hoping it was something like that. His research and production is on another level and above almost anything on YouTube. Other YouTube channels with the same quality usually have an army of editors and assistants helping out behind the scenes. I'm sure Norman has help but it can't be too many people.
