Current Events > Remnant II is pretty cool so far. (Mild spoilers)

I bought it to play with my gf, and she and I spent last night exploring an interesting fae realm. We encountered some badass dude in red called the Red Prince, and proceeded to spend the next two hours dying to him over and over until I got used to the rhythm of dodging his combo attacks.

Was a fun time. Love that it's basically Dark Souls with Guns, but unironically.

Did they ever change how the rng works for random events?

The first one was incredibly annoying with how to add to run an entire map and just pray for the weapon or item you want to have spawned or just redo it all over again

It's pretty fun and "challenging", though I put quotation marks on it because using guns does make it easier than a normal Dark Souls game. With that said, I had a lot of fun with it playing with my brothers and experimenting with different builds.

But yeah the Red Prince fight was pretty badass with all the flames and shit. I loved the side story of finding out which of the three dudes was the guilty one.
