I read the instructions. I did not read the side effects. I took the medication and drank lots of water and cranberry juice. When I went to the restroom.the sight of my urine shocked me. It was completely blood orange. Not even in a dehydrated sense. I dont think a person could get dehydrated enough for this dark of a color. It was startling.
