The corpogovernment will never allow it, simply because they are currently allowed to deny healthcare benefits to anyone working less than 40 hours, ie, part timers who typically work between 24-36 hours.

I agree that it's a good idea but a business that needs constant staffing would need to hire more people to fill the hours gap and many will fight against that as well.

The true problem is the greed revolving around the expectation that a company isn't successful unless it's able to constantly increase profits usually at the expense of the people doing to the job (lower wages, fewer hours, less benefits).

Well how are american businesses supposed to survive if worker productivity isn't constantly spiking higher and higher every year while workers' wages rarely keep up with inflation and rates of depression and stress-related medical emergencies are through the roof? This really isn't fair to the wealthy.
