No, I've never tried that one. The purple one is the one that my dentist suggested I use. I imagine the one you use might vary for people depending on your needs though.

the yellow one is like easily the strongest iirc. like for 30 yrs iirc that was the only one

The alcohol in the mouthwash works better in the way that it kills more bacteria but the drawback to that is it kills the bad and good bacteria in your mouth.

And it also dries you out way too much
