I just saw that this morning. And here I thought PUBG banning a NA team playing well mid qualifier would be the worst thing to happen to esports over the weekend

And I've thought Respawn would do better at taking care of their multiplayer games unlike what they've done with Titanfall 2.. which is nothing.. and TF2 is dead due to DDOS attacks and unstable severs.

Now, we have this with Apex Legends.. lmao. This is probably one of the most embarrassing things I've seen from Esports in a while.

Overall, I don't trust Respawn when it comes to multiplayer games. Now Apex players get to experience the real Respawn experience just like TF2!!! :D

I blame EA for that. Every indication is that respawn was more or less told that Titanfall 3 wasn't going to happen and that instead they had to make a battle royale live service game. EA is also the publisher that decided to shove Titanfall 1 and 2 into release windows wedged between some of the biggest franchises on the planet, ensuring it never really had a chance.
