If you are watching a show, and you stop during the intro of an episode, there's a chance that it'll bring you to the next episode when you come back instead of returning you to the episode that you just started. Alternatively, if you restart an episode, and you bow out during the pre-episode ad, it can register as you having seen the entire episode.

On the movie front, it keeps saying that I've just started The Sword and the Stone despite going back and rewatching the ending multiple times to try and get that to go away.

The Disney+ app is like a Swiss watch compared to the Paramount+ app. I think that thing was written by the Bethesda PS3 team.

Yeah, this has happened to me for every show I've watched on Disney. Back out of a show part way through and when I go to resume it goes to the next episode. Very annoying. Why haven't they fixed it yet?

People have complained about this since release. Instead of fixing it, they decided to give us that Willow series.

This issue happens on Hulu as well. Was really plaguing me during my Dragon Ball Super watch session

The Paramount+ interface sucks on any device I watch it on.

I don't know why making an interface for watching videos that functions well is such an impossible task for these companies.

That's what I came in to say. I have never seen a buggier and more garbage app than Paramount+ on PS5. It will just randomly skip episodes in a series for no reason. When I tried to watch Strange New Worlds it bugged an would only show it in French with English Subtitles. One time it switched to doing the descriptions for blind people.
