I got hit with a 20 minute suspension, my first ever. Was going to the bathroom, helping a housemate with something, just idling in the casual menus. I didn't rage quit or do it during competitive, was a few honest mistakes

Overwatch suspensions are done by report algorithms at this point. If people report you enough.
