Used correct bread this time, much better, better placement for the bread, and better cheese distrubution. Tho still didnt get hold of Gryuere. Also had a better balance of the flavors. Next time its gonna be even better. You mean gratinated? After Input the soup in the bowla I added the fried bread on top with cheese and gratinates it in the oven by having it on high and the grill thingy on for a few minutes.
