It's a gunmetal butane torch refillable. I hardly ever use it but it still works after 15 years.

I have a few

A candle lighter with a window so you can tell when it needs refilled
A black mini Bic
A white mini Clipper
A regular size Clipper with basketball design
A 4 pack of the Electronic ones you just push down
A 6 & 8 pack of flint lighters
Zippo Lighter with a guy on a motorbike
2 jet flame ones

I use them for candles and at one point some of them I used for cigarillos & cigars

I barely ever light candles, so I don't know. I got a 3 pack of bics many years ago, so it's one of them but it could be blue or orange or whatever.

I've got 4, two cheap butane ones one translucent green, one translucent red, I use them for stuff like melting the ends of paracord and stuff like that. I also have one of those arc lighters with the bendy necks I use to light candles and my charcoal grill.
