In Christianity, I know it would be disrespectful if someone named their child Desus or Jeshush. falayyou01 03/15/24 3:25:08 PM #2:	No. It would only be impermissible to add "Al" ("The") before the name, which would make it definite, if it was one of the 99 names, e.g., you can't say "Al-Rasheed". But if you had "Basheed" or "Al Basheed" I think it'd be fine. Basheed doesn't make any sense as far as I know, but it'd probably be fine.
