The Fringe tend to have the best energy shield stuff, and can reduce power costs for your equipment. If you can upgrade enough stuff for your ship to only need one less reactor, that is huge. Also, excess power can passively boost some of your traits a bit.

I'm sure I have at one point in the last few months, it's one of the best Sci-fi shows
I actually liked it more on my 2nd watch because I didn't care where they went with the final plots, it was just cool to see how all the season 1&2 monster of the week stuff tied into the last couple seasons and the story overall --- I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen... ... First 2 seasons were great. The 3rd was dece, and the final 2 seasons were pretty bad IMO.
