Do you think this woman who is recording this altercation...her commentary is humorous or certainly not annoying? In many times like these videos they frequently are. Many of the people in the comments thought she was hilarious.

no it said he fled but they tracked him down and he got the more serious charge, or something like that. the charges...but they did find him. Obv. he fled though. Would be shocked if he didn't

Eh I don't agree with this. One should be assault, the other should be attempted murder imo. The guy was in an open convertible, and the SUV actively tried to drive into him and kill him.

Roadrage is crazy, I was a passenger for many truck drivers in a previous job and its absolutely insane how quick some boil over and the scary thing is they don't even realise it not in the moment and usually not after the fact either.

Convertible driver should've caught charges for obstructing traffic and (apparently) fleeing the scene of a crime.

For the people who can't watch: Guy driving a convertible gets out of his car to confront someone driving an SUV behind him. Allegedly, he was pissed that the SUV guy wouldn't let me him merge. SUV guy stays in his car the whole time they are arguing, but eventually lets his window down to stick his head out of the window to continue arguing. Convertible guy spits on him then goes back to his car. SUV gets mad at tries to ram car, but his car flips to its side in the most cartoonish way. I still don't see how it flipped like that.

Convertible guy gets charged with misdemeanor assault. SUV guy gets charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon.

The reason it flipped so damn well is because the front right wheel had a super clean contact with the convertible, and it basically WALL CLIMBED upward, which propelled the SUV upward and into a flip.

Is there hard proof the person spit? Because if not any half decent lawyer will clear that charge with ease. A public defender could beat that.

Did you watch the video? Technically you dont see the spit itself but its going to be very very hard to convince a jury he didnt spit with the filmed witness noticing it and him jerking forward before the newly lowered window before leaving.
