Unless it's some legally binding consent form for sex or something (so they can't falsely accuse me of rape or something), no they're probably not worth my time to do so. I feel these are fine stuff to ask as conversations during a date though.

The questions seem fun. So long as she doesn't just drop that link in the first message and refuse to talk otherwise, I don't think it's that bad.

Like, the first question in the screenshot is a fun little question about the lyrics in Usher's song called 'Nice & Slow.' I love that song, so I immediately knew "it's 7 o'clock on the dot"

My only issue is that she described herself as polyamorous. I'm strictly monogamous, so that wouldn't work for me.

I'd only jump through that many hoops if the women was one of the most attractive & interesting women in human existence. I wouldn't ask other's to meet all those hurdles if I wouldn't do it to others myself. It also gamefies the experience & turns it into more of a job interview where you're always meeting her standards & requirements, but you never really get a chance to do the same for her. This reads more like she's looking for a partner to make financial investments with than someone to be dating or marry eventually.

More people do need to ask about politics, current hot topic issues, women's rights & things like that. But this doesn't look like the right way to do it.

The concept behind my Google form is rooted in creating a safe space for myself in relationships and in no longer wasting my divine energy on men who look nice, but aren't that smart and have suppressed violent tendencies.
