Would a suspension seat post and a suspension saddle or whatever you call it make a big difference how much or how little our ass hurt from riding a bike? I am literally scared to ride a bike cause after 10-20 minutes of riding a bike my ass hurt as if I had 20 male porn stars go ham on me

What size are you... by this, I mean height and weight? And where do you *want* to ride?

[ You should make sure you have the right bike frame for your frame, then consider the "saddle." ]

Have 20 male pornstars go ham on you to train your booty. Then you can ride any bike and even most horses no problem.

Bike shorts.

Standing up every 10 minutes

Sitting on your "sit bones"

Riding for time.

I started riding in June and can last about 3 hours before feeling like TC

you don't wanna be putting your weight on the seat like you would sitting on a chair or bench.
basically, the weight should be distributed between the pedals, handlebars, and then the seat. I basically treat the bike seat as kind of a guide where, if I go much higher, I'm too high from my pedals, and too low and I'm too close to the pedals.
prob the only time I'll actually put weight on the seats is when I'm coasting. if I'm actually pedaling it's pretty split.

this obv depends on how or where you're riding. if you're just going for a leisurely bike ride, you can always get a cushioned seat, but if you're doing off-road biking you'll definitely wanna get some sort of suspension for the seat.
if you're riding on the street, suspension might make riding feel too saggy. I don't like any suspension if I'm on roads/sidewalks, but some people like having it on the front wheel.
