Criminal negligence or whatever you want to call it. Westernwolf4 03/07/24 6:32:46 PM #18:	They did drop them because the prosecutor at the time made a big mistake charging him (adding a charge enhancement that no longer applies) alongside emails that came out that implied that prosecutor saw this case as a career boost. The charges against Baldwin have since been re-filed without the enhancement. I meant this as a reply to post 17.
