The spangram for #10 didn't feel like the overarching theme, but rather just a theme word itself. For example, if the spangram was dairy products, you'd see things like milk, yogurt, etc. But with #10, it'd be like if the spangram was "shoe" with the theme words being shirt, hat, gloves. The theme words for #10 don't really go with the spangram directly.
