But Sophia Coppola is legit terrible. Its distracting when she acts.

However, the ending on the church stairs is haunting. It took 9 hours of film to give it the appropriate weight.

It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Her acting is still a big negative though. The movie has some neat ideas, but maybe wasn't executed in the best way. I like the idea of the whole Catholic Church/Pope scandal. I like the older, weary, and repentant Michael. I like how Connie is basically another gangster like her father and brothers. I love the overall look of the movie too.

Despite its issues, there are some great scenes like Michael's confession and you can't beat the last few minutes of it from that scene on. I love how it ends. I've heard the Coda version cuts the very end out, which is just stupid.

Maybe the original version of 3 that focused on Tom and Michael might have been better.
