I know I'm not going to be home for the signature which is why I ordered off Amazon to begin with

It's probably because the seller isn't Amazon themselves & is a 3rd party

I've never had to sign for a USPS delivery from Amazon. I did start forwarding my USP deliveries to a pickup point though because they always just leave them downstairs.

I hate when I order something from anywhere and see it being delivered via FedEx because it's a crap shoot on if it will show up on the specified delivery day or not.

Sometimes Amazon does this. Its weird when its a same day delivery and they have someone deliver out of their car lol.

They should just replace the USPS with Amazon :V

Yeah, Walmart has something similar.

It's the worst because USPS and UPS will send emails whenever something is getting delivered to my house, as well as on confirmation of delivery.
so when Amazon does that, I get the Amazon email saying it shipped, a UPS email saying something is shipping to my house...Then I get the "out for delivery" email from both Amazon and UPS.

finally, I get the "packaged delivered" from both places.

FedEx seems to like to do that "attempted delivery" thing where they update the status but don't actually make any attempt to deliver the package.

Fucking Christ.... Getting spammed with emails about my package being out for delivery and then the email later that day that they couldn't make the delivery.
