r.i.p. May never ever again be a very successful tv show where big movies are reviewed maybe

I was. They had great chemistry, and you could tell they really enjoyed their work.

They were a lot of fun. Half of the time, they were more enjoyable to watch than the movies they reviewed.

Too young to remember their peak, but I knew of Ebert mainly due to his battle with cancer.

Honestly, I know them mostly from YouTube. I'm old enough to remember "Siskel and Ebert give it thumbs up" as a selling point in trailers, but I didn't watch the show when it was new.

There was a site that had a ton of them archived and when I was sick back in high school I used to just go through a bunch

Kind of surprised there hasn't been a biopic of them.

Didn't catch their stuff sadly back in the day, but started watching videos on line of their stuff.

I back then and to this day far prefer Siskel over Ebert. He can be a little dry and too artsy for his own good but sometimes I think Ebert has seen a completely different movie than I have.

I don't think this is the site I used but this has plenty of them. https://siskelebert.org/

Incidentally while not much, I did this back in the 2010s on the Back to the Future Wikia:

Huh? Didn't think the site was still up. Maybe I just caught it too much on down times.

Ebert: Bet you didn't know I could sing!
Siskel: I still don't.

Not at the time. I wasn't into movies like that until Ebert and Roeper, but I watched that. I'll occasionally watch clips of Siskel and Ebert now though. I still miss Roger.

Yeah, it was pretty good. When Siskel died, I didn't care for the replacements... I still liked Ebert but nobody had quite the same chemistry with him.

It was cool that they gave a special review of Mask of the Phantasm as an apology for overlooking it, and that they both loved it. Them giving it such a glowing review is the kind of thing that would've made me feel cool as a kid, because it was one of my favorites.

Yeah, Ebert saying it was better than either of the Burton movies was pretty huge.
