I recently tried to get into Xenogears as people say its an incredible game.... I literally can't get past the 2nd town. Everything about it annoys the hell out of me. I have to rotate the map to see where I need to go next, and jump across gaps. God forbid I miss by a millimeter, I'm forced to run around again all while dodging battles. I was living in a townhouse at the Beach with a couple other Navy buddies back then. After I finished FF7 I dove straight into Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen that came out just a couple weeks before FF7. Well it came out on PS1.
