Never encountered this before but Ive run into it twice in a row today both drivers listening to right wing talk radio the entire drive

Probably a coincidence.

Ive never been in an Uber but in my experience people who drive for a living always showed a propensity to listen to talk radio. Talk radio in general is often political talk radio. When I was a kid in the 80s I knew a lot of truckers who would listen to talk radio. Hell my grandpa did all the time and I never heard that guy talk about politics his whole life.

When I was in the military in the 90s and used Taxis every once in awhile they were often listening to political talk radio.

And the funniest thing to me now that I think about it even though its satire but when I play GTA games I ALWAYS seek out the talk radio stations even though I dont in real life. Hah.
