Oh and also once you have a kid stories become effortless no matter how mundane. For some reason basic people fucking LOVE hearing about your kids so theyre riveted by my tales of my daughter learning how to roll but constantly getting trapped on her stomach so I have to flip her back over at 3AM.

This is how it is in the beginning when starting to be social. Others are further ahead. You have to keep at it, and you can catch up

Take it as encouragement of where you can be vs being dejected of where you are not. Attitude has a huge impact.
