Twitch and Youtube with a good adblocker gives me more free entertainment than I could ever consume. That's not good enough? You have to pay $100+ a year for something else. Not even Nintendo's whatever. Amazon Prime is the only thing I have, and that's literally just for the free shipping, which for me pays for itself in like 2 months. Unless you watch it like every single day or lots and LOTS of content. Otherwise......couldn't you just buy the shows you want on Blu-ray? I'm not a TV guy nor am I in the loop. But it's hard for me to get behind the notion of paying so much and owning nothing at the end of it - it's not far away from pay per view. I guess it's the impermanence of it all that bugs me.
