or when you were a customer at any place..etc... You had a disagreement, like you wanted to return something , doesn't have to be a return , any disagreement and you were certain you were in the right, But you asked to talk to the manager , everything. But they still would not not change their mind ..etc...?

Well, I was a retailer. A good bit foodstuffs. There were some I couldn't help. Since most were locally sourced there was some control. We also produced our own. For instance one of our product lines were honey that we raised and harvested. We were more likely to give A refund if something wasnt right. There were always a few who would put it in the fridge ( a big no-no). It was a teaching moment. That would be the only instance off the top of my head where it would apply. Pretty much teach them and send them on their way
