Tai Chi is a form of martial arts, there are different Tai Chi styles.

I highly doubt Mike Tyson is that old that he is weak.

I only know up to 42 form, I can't think of any move that woud allow me to survive 12 rounds.

There are different type of Tai Chi, that one I am learning is Yang Style is more about balance, meditation and health.
There is another that is more about fighting and learning how to use weapons, although that is another Sifu that teaches that class.

Sure I'd take it. Current Mike Tyson is friendlier than prime Mike Tyson, so I'd beg him to go easy on me. From then I'd turtle and evade until the 12 rounds are over or I'm TKO'ed. There's no way I'd even come close to winning, and no way am I going to annoy him by trying to hit him.

Get knocked out by Tyson for $1 million?

Without looking it up, I believe the more combat-focused type of Tai Chi is Chen Style.

Does it count as me winning if a congenital heart defect fells Tyson moments before he could step into the ring?

This. I feel like a lot of posters overlooked that and just assumed we have to win. Sure losing will hurt, but it will be over quick lol

One of his shots to your dome will cause CTE and maybe more serious brain damage. Tyson isn't know for body hunting either, he is aiming right for your face.

Do I still get the money if he destroys me within seconds? IDK even with the promise of a million bucks the risk of brain damage or some other serious injury is pretty high. Dude still can likely hit like a truck

I will block my head and go down when the air inevitably gets knocked out of me when he punches my gut.

Since I can't forfeit, I might get up in time and have to repeat this a couple times. I believe that I would take too long to recover and he will get his KO instead of stalling this to a TKO.

I think you're selling human durability a bit short. Boxers probably take a few thousand punches over their careers between sparring and matches, and it's not like all of them have issues. Though it does seem to be a scarily large percentage.
