He wants legislation to make it clear that an embryo is not considered a person "until it gets to the uterus it is not considered a child".

So shifts the blame from the doctors to the patients if legislation uses that wording. It's the womans fault if she miscarries, right?

Morally, no. Legally, pretty likely with conservatives courts though it should be considered an act of god.

I ask a lot of questions I want answered so I try not to assume a question is rhetorical.

In my opinion when communicating in text, a statement with an ellipsis is better to use than rhetorical questions.

Trump is the architect of that ruling, despite how he's trying to change horses midstream, that's the message that Dems should keep hammering.

As always, Republicans are hellbent of philosophy over reality.
