Treadmill is just for the warm up. Along with mobility exercises.

If your goal is to just lose weight and/or increase your cardiovascular endurance, then yes, the treadmill is a good way to work on that.

Just make sure you don't overexert yourself and don't hold onto the treadmill the entire time. Your arms should be freely moving the entire time, otherwise you're messing up your posture and taking weight off of your legs, which decreases the effectiveness of the workout (less calories burned).

Bench, deadlift and squats

I'd swap out deadlifts. Too much risk for reward when there's other workouts that work your back just as well without fearing hurting your back.

Lat pull downs, tbar rows and pull-ups are better options.

The answer to your question is no. It should be your longest exercise but walk for 30 minutes at the end of your workout.

Primary focus should be deadlifts (Trap Bar is a great start if you wanna look better), lat pulldowns second (try to do a number of pull-ups) and squats (Either with a kettlebell for a lot of reps or a barbell for low reps high weight). Bench Press/Chest Press and Shoulder Presses will really help with appearance. Walking is great but if you're gonna go to the gym just lift and walk afterwards to cool down.

Now if you can get a treadmill or walkpad at home, committing an hour or two to walking would not be a bad idea. It does burn fat, build your bones, and help make your abs visible.
