Also gw has changed from the tight-lipped, IP hoarding company for close to a decade now. They've been on a complete tear. Warhammer+ was more popular than expected internally, and the animations are getting better. Siege of Terra recently wrapped up the Horus Heresy, and has been their best selling stretch of books. 10th Edition has gotten 20-30% more players, at least in the EU, to play tabletop. Darktide sold like hotcakes despite the rough launch. The Lion returned for Dark Angels and doesn't even have a single book yet, showing how stacked their deck is atm. The only fly in the ointment is, they want to kill Age of Sigmar especially after how badly that recent RTS was received and how Warhammer 3 continues to sell extremely well.
