use if you listen to podcasts?

i still havn't found one as good as pocket casts... but i dont want to pay the subscription for the watch/windows/browser apps

i tried podurama because it had the lifetime subscription and offered all of the above, but it just doesnt do it as reliably as pocketcasts. the devs are active so maybe in a year or 2 it will be more reliable and robust...

i dont wanna pay for spotify because its ridiculous (like $12 month)

but the podcast app landscape is depressing. theres overcasts which has a nice phone app and a old web app and nothing else. there's a million weirdo no-brand ios apps that im not even gonna look at since they never come up in google searches. apples podcasts app is basically dead, maybe they will make it good one day but i doubt it
