I know I'm probably late, but I finally evolved a Squirtle to a Blastoise tonight and immediately went to use Hydro Pump. FINALLY, after dropping the ball for 10 years since X/Y--and despite the earlier Stadium games getting it right over a decade prior--Blastoise finally fires Hydro Pump from its cannons, instead of from its mouth.

It is astounding just how lazy and incompetent they've been. I've always been curious if Gamefreak just refuses to evolve or request more monetary support from TPC, or if TPC decides the funding the games receive so we just get what they get. ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's a shame that the game has such weak graphics and performance because outside of those two things it's an S tier Pokemon game.
