I'd see it being more significant if you made like $10-$12 an hour and got the bump up, but not if you make decent money. Multiply by 2080, because that's what $1/hr basically translates too if you're working a 40hr week for 52 weeks with PTO and whatnot. That kinda assumes a lot obviously, but that could essentially come out to an extra ~$4500 annually before taxes. Maybe $3500 after. So, yeah.
