Its only really like an extra 65 bucks per 40 hours after taxes, so not really in perspective. I'd see it being more significant if you made like $10-$12 an hour and got the bump up, but not if you make decent money.

That's a ~7% raise. Pretty nice, actually. Multiply by 2080, because that's what $1/hr basically translates too if you're working a 40hr week for 52 weeks with PTO and whatnot. That kinda assumes a lot obviously, but that could essentially come out to an extra ~$4500 annually before taxes. Maybe $3500 after. So, yeah. That's not bad for a rough estimate. ...
