Guess Ive kept all this propaganda in my head about soyboys, that Ive skipped it when considering non dairy options. Have been using almond milk for years, but it tastes like shit and the consistency is pretty much water. Barely any calories or fat and low on protein even though its almonds. Also for some reason high on sodium. So I tried soy milk to see if the matcha drinks Im making lately would taste any better and well..yea. Its also more nutriciously dense. Looks like Im switch to soy. I already had a kid so I dont care for low fertility rates.

I still wanna try banana milk

I live for bougie foods so thanks for the recommendation. I recently tried macadamia milk and wasnt bad. I used to buy the ripple chickpea which feels creamy with a nice flavor, but got too expensive.

oat is the best tasting dairy replacement imo but idk how that fits if you're reading nutrition labels

Thats what Ive heard and not opposed to drinking it, but not on a daily basis. Im mostly drinking alternative milks for health benefits and oatmilks tend to be high in sugar, carbs. Its probably not bad for most people, but Im trying to maintain blood sugars under control.

I don't know how their sugars compare to other brands, but original (not full fat) Oatly is the only oat milk I buy, and I like it better than any other alternative I've tried - better than cow's milk, even.

oat is goat. but no need to buy overpriced Oatly.
