Couldn't sleep well due to pain/discomfort, and I'm still feeling some side effects. Haven't been quite back to feeling myself since then, but it has been slowly getting better. Just trying to slowly adjust my diet and see what I can do. Was a great way to celebrate my 49th birthday. --- The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
