Andy Reid was an offensive linemen, he was not offended by Kelce bumping him a bit nor was he attacked. That's how football sidelines are, these are world class athletes in a very intense situation. Tempers flare and heated exchanges happen literally all the time.

Andy laughed it off and even said Kelce apologized right after, it wasn't intentional.

What did he do? I keep hearing about this but don't know who he attacked. Was this during the game? I didn't watch it

He got pulled out of a play and something bad happened to the Chiefs (I forget what), so he shoved and yelled at Andy Reid to put him back in

Kelce was upset about how the game was going and "yelled" at Andy Reid about it (something that happens all the time) and he lightly bumped Andy causing him to stagger just a bit because Andy wasn't paying attention to him at the time so he was caught off guard. It's a complete nothingburger that people are trying to blow up for some reason.

I have been watching football for 30 years and have never seen a player physically attack a coach before.

Worst I seen was Boldin going after his offensive coordinator during a Cardinals playoff game. After that game they got rid of him.

I don't watch football all that much but doesn't everyone yell at each other constantly? from coaches to players and players to coaches.

That wasn't even an attack, he just watched to get his attention since the coach was paying attention somewhere else and with how crowded the sidelines are and how loud the stadium was, he wanted to grab on to him to make sure he was paying attention to him. Was it a bit rough than he needed to be, probably yeah but there wasn't any bad intentions behind it.

Yeah it happens all the time on the sidelines. It's intense and there's pressure so guys exchange heated words, it's just normal. You can even see Kelce realized he bumped Andy and tried to steady him for a second. It was clearly accidental.
