Kim_Seong-a 02/12/24 10:59:05 AM #14:	When I think "remaster", I think "cleaned up visuals for modern displays, maybe new textures, maaaaaaaybe some minor gameplay additions. Remake can mean multiple things, but at the end of the day, a significant number of new assets had to be created, regardless of how close those assets are to the original. The only really gray area is where "replicas" fit, where the original game is pretty much made a second time from scratch as close to original specifications as possible, because the original code/assets are lost or unusable. For me, it's just silly to claim that "port" applies to ideas, and not strictly code/binaries, because it would render large areas of IT discussion (namely, "portability") suddenly confusing, if not meaningless.
