I think you might be misunderstanding what I'm saying, and I know for a fact that you're trying to create a set of conditions around your argument that don't matter.

Does it matter if he's targeting one user or every user? At the end of the day, his topics are intentionally obtuse and off-putting, so people are annoyed by them (as intended by the creator of said topics).
