I honestly don't care. People are often so dramatically different you can't expect them to be a certain way just because they are from a certain generation. You could end up with a great boss or a crap boss from any of the generations.

With that being said I would probably identify more with Gen x or a Boomer as I'm Gen X myself and my parents and all my friends parents were Boomers. It is what I grew up with.

Also with a Boomer they are right at retirement age basically so there would be chance with advancement.

But I could just as easily have a Millennial boss or Gen Z. Wouldn't bother me. When I was in the military often officers in charge were right out of college and quite young. Didn't bother the older enlisted people much.

Gen Z so that I could tell him he's got no rizz
