The first movie was amazing when I first saw it in theaters. Upon rewatch, yeah it was really in your face about it's "anti-racism" messaging without being subtle about it. It's still a funny and smart movie though. I'm looking forward to see if they can actually explore the dessert biome this time around.

I hope they have a female fox/wolf/dog this time. Predators are normally sexier than prey. Lola Bunny is a bit of an exception. Judy Hopps, at least for me, is not. She looks too much like a human with floppy ears; a short-haired human with floppy ears. And a cop too. I'm not full ACAB, but it is definitely unsexy to be a part of a system that constantly preys upon minorities, immigrants, and other disenfranchised individuals. ... Copied to Clipboard!
