In the scene the guy sits down at a restaurant and when the waiter approaches him he pulls out a wad of cash and puts it on the table and says something like "this is your tip potential and can be yours by the end of the night. However every time you do something I don't like I'm going to remove a bill" and starts doing it in front of the waiter, flustering the waiter and making him nervous every time he does this.
