i've tried this time and time before, the first time or two with exercise i feel good like i triggered my hypomania, i'm ready to do anything at this point to feel good. i just wanted to ask for some basic exercises with them as its been eon's and forgot what to even do. just worried after the first couple of times i'm going to return to feeling like shit again like anything exercise.

i cant do high impact things unfortunately, i have tarsal coalition in both feet, which was actually triggered by running years ago. although i believe the issue is genetic and only less than 1% of the population has it. so thinking about trying this again, or something else, although my room barely has any room to move in for anything too crazy.

Curious too. I was told combo exercises are the best.
I had a 90 year old weight lifting acquaintance, he showed me a bunch of basic exercises for shoulders and stuff using them.
Like basic stuff like hold them in your hands by your side, then rotate and lift your shoulders.
The guy was ripped even for 90 years old. He told me he spends 6 hours a day in the gym to try and keep up the body he had when he was young and a butcher.
Another basic one is to make like your skiing or rowing, with weights in each hand row forwards with one and backwards with the other, with one leg forward. Do reps, then switch the forward leg and do it again. Totally normal to need more weight in your dominate hand.
