-You get a free house that is of at least equal value of the house you live in. You will not need to pay any taxes on the house or property. If you do not currently live in a house, then this is probably an outright upgrade.
-You must live in the house for 42 weeks of the year and are allotted 8 weeks of vacation travel, with the sole exception of travel to attend weddings, funerals, and job-related travel. Because of this, your spouse and any children who are in k-12 education must live in South Korea, though the children may stay at a boarding school in South Korea if those are the wishes of the family. Your spouse and children are free to go abroad for up to 12 weeks of vacation travel.
-If you do not speak nor are literate in Korean, you and your family will receive free lessons to learn Korean.
-The pet ducks cannot be willfully eaten by humans or animals. When a duck passes away, if you choose to provide a natural burial in a non-residential area and an animal scavenges the duck's cadaver, that scavenging will not count against you. Willfully allowing a duck to eaten will result in a fatal heart attack and die.
-You must protect the ducks from attacks by other animals, including any other pets you own. While accidents may happen, you must improve security measures for your ducks, i.e. better predator fencing or barriers if you previously did not have them. If your ducks are harmed by people or other animals and you fail to improve measures to keep your ducks safe, you will suffer a fatal heart attack and die.
-If ducks die due to natural causes you could not prevent, such as incurable disease, or accidents beyond your control (e.g. your driving a duck to the vet, and a car crashes into your car and kills the duck you were taking to the vet), these will not count against you.
-Whenever a duck dies, you have 10 days to replace that duck. If 10 days pass where you do not have at least five pet ducks, you will have a fatal heart attack and die.
-All ducks you keep must be pet ducks.
