Are any souls games actually difficult?
Like if you sit down with the game, persist and keep levelling, are any of these games actually going to be able to keep you down?

if sekiro counts, probably that one and maybe bloodborne. i don't think you can outlevel or build cheese sekiro (i haven't played it) and bloodborne has no defense and barely any magic.

this is really high, and I'm not just saying that in the sense of "it's an easy fromsoft game" I mean it is very high for a large game of any difficulty level

Looking at the steam achievements, it seems a bit more than a quarter of the people who get the first achievement get an ending

25% is not 40% but is still much higher than I expected
