Most cookies are vegetarian unless you're eating some weird ass fucking shit made with lard. Vegan cookies are a bit harder to come by.

There's a lot wrong in your post but let's start going through it all. The first being that it takes around 7-8 years of feeding crops to a cow to slaughter it for enough steaks to feed like a couple dozen people for one day. If everyone went vegetarian, we'd use much less land and irrigation and not more.

The meat industry is the second biggest climate pollution contributor after coal. It's literally worse than oil.

Thousands of gallons of water again used over years for cows to drink and wash the fields out of shit far more wasteful than produce. Additionally, lots of produce can be sold without packaging, but meat can never be sold without it, so you will once again still use less plastic if everyone went vegetarian.

100% correct.

Veggies are both lower pollution and stay fresher longer.

... but... hamburgers.

Why are we still talking like climate change is a bad thing? The state humanity is in at the moment, it needs a reset button.

Fake meat is disgusting. Natural fruits, veggies, legumes, mushrooms, and seaweed are much better.

Why do people get so mad if one doesn't eat meat?
Because of this. They get on their high horse about not eating meat, then spend time eating fake meat.

Hey now, you are speaking ill of the state cookie of New Mexico. What are you going to rag on next, our state aroma or state question? Cause I have news for you, the smell of roasting chiles is going to kick your ass! And then the state has an official state answer for you!

Is this actually complicated to understand?

They don't eat meat for various reasons that are almost never because they think it tastes bad. Therefore they would like to recreate the sensation of eating meat without the consequences of actually eating meat.

You don't need to agree with that argument to understand how it woks.

anyway i discovered an insane method to get protein and vitamin in my prep meals

what i do most often is i cook some vegetables in a pan (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, garlic, onion, and tomato)

then i boil pasta halfway and pour it in to cook the rest of the way with the veg

last night i cracked 3 eggs in the mix and folded it in and around mad even

thickened it up so nicely actually. gave it like, a creamy, stroganoff-like consistency. really upped the game

Just make sure you are getting enough protein. You might want to supplement with protein powder (And since you are vegetarian and not vegan, you can still you know, get the nice stuff that can make great protein shakes).

Being vegetarian is pretty easy if you already had a varied diet. I've been vegetarian almost 14 years, but I was never a picky eater. So eating different veggies, tofu, beans, etc was not a problem. It's the guys that eat meat as a staple of every meal that are going to have an issue switching to a vegetarian diet. Now there are also so many fake meat substitutes, when I started out there was only like tofurky lunch meat and soy meat balls.

I feel like eating meat every day is as weird a diet as vegetarianism or veganism. Like, do a lot of people really do that? I go more days without meat than with it.
