We're "United States of Americans", or "Americans" for short. Kinda like people from Brazil are Brazilian- it's based off the full name of your country.

It might be the United Kingdoms, but we don't call them UKian. We call them by the country they are from.

Based off the context I'm seeing USians used, it looks to be a word some random kids made up to be facetious. Then others used it in the same manner, and now you have a handful of people who saw it and instead of thinking about it, just used it like it was a real word. Stop.

Were the only country in the world with America in our name and we called dibs. Thems the breaks.

Plus, other alternatives, like estadounidenses or norteamericaos give us exclusive ownership of the terms United States and North America, when were not the only united states (United Mexican States, and other historical examples) and not the only country in North America.

And if we wanted to invent a term, theres already a U.S.-ian term. Usonian. Unsurprisingly, hasnt caught on either, but better than dumb internet-speak.
